The EU AI Act is phasing in over multiple years and the implementation landscape continues to evolve. We work to keep the site accurate and to cite official sources, and we show a “Last updated” date on key pages. Where the law is unsettled or a proposal is not yet in force, we say so explicitly. You are responsible for checking the official sources before acting.
